Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the reservation process for the Italian market, with additional support for the UK market
  • Convert customer interactions into bookings while ensuring a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales and/or Hospitality
  • Fluent in italian
  • English: Minimum B2 level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide a professional and friendly customer experience
  • Positive sales and marketing orientation, with ability to convert calls into bookings
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
