Job Responsibility:
Master of hospitality: first point of contact, ensure space is stage-ready
Operational excellence: manage mail, oversee meeting room setups, coordinate with maintenance/cleaning teams, ensure member onboarding
Community builder: facilitate networking, host events, gather feedback
Business growth champion: give tours, upsell, spot new business leads
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English
Knowledge of German and or Luxembourgish is a big plus
Experience in hospitality, coworking, or high-end retail/customer service
Naturally proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people
