Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Guest Experience Manager creates the guest-centric experience in all areas of the Resort, ensuring execution by all employees.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with other Departments to ensure a seamless five-star guest experience
Curate an unforgettable guest experience through creativity and consistency
Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the Resort
Measure results and communicates them weekly to the leadership team
Coach staff to achieve culture standards
Lead guest relationships, solving tough challenges that arise
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays
Requirements:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays
High attention to detail and customer service skills
Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Must be fluent in English
