Job Responsibility:
lead by example, working alongside your team in the cinema and front-of-house areas to deliver outstanding service every day

provide vital support to the wider management team, contributing to the overall success of the cinema’s operations
Requirements:
proven customer service experience in retail, cinema or hospitality
good communication skills
able to demonstrate team leadership potential
