Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
  • Engage guests face-to-face or by phone to build rapport and generate livestream or in-person tour bookings
  • Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream and in-person Sales Centres
  • Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
  • Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
  • Meet individual and team KPIs
  • Complete required system updates and paperwork
  • Weekend and public holiday availability is required and the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person
  • A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work across multi-Sales sites in the Gold Coast
