Generation and delivery of sales appointments for onsite sales teams or via livestream. Day-to-day front desk operations including greeting and registering members and guests, providing local attraction information, completing department paperwork, and using communication equipment such as telephones and computers.
Job Responsibility
Schedule onsite resident guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay
Meet monthly tour budgets and KPIs set by the company
Assist in the tour generation process and ensure prospects meet qualification requirements
Complete duties relevant to the assigned shift
Welcome guests, conduct courtesy calls, provide tourist information, and assist with restaurant/tour bookings
Assist members with room requests, troubleshooting, and deliveries
Handle front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, communication systems, tour bookings, and guest enquiries
Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, room availability, membership guidelines, and local attractions
Increase room sales, incidental revenue, tour upselling, and promotions
Manage website availability for non-member bookings
Requirements

Computer literate
PMS experience is an advantage
