As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.
Job Responsibility
Welcome Owners and guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
Assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes
Be a go-to person for information about the resort, local attractions, and events
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with care and professionalism
Engage with guests to generate interest and appointments for our sales teams via livestream sessions
Coordinate bookings and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Support the wider team in creating a warm, inviting environment where guests feel at home
Requirements
Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or guest services role (hospitality or tourism experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a warm and approachable manner
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
The flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Nice to have
Hospitality or tourism experience preferred
