Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Host Team Leader, you will play a key leadership role within the sales team, with a strong focus on training, mentoring, and developing our GEH team to meet and exceed performance targets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests, managing bookings, and providing information on local area attractions. In this role, you will also assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and communication tasks. You will draw on your proven ability to drive results in a sales environment, using your coaching and leadership skills to elevate the performance of your team. Your field marketing experience and customer-centric approach will help ensure our guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position
  • Proven ability to achieve targets in a GEH or similar sales-focused role
