Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
  • Ability to create a safe work place
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to protect company assets
  • Ability to uphold quality standards
  • Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
  • Physical ability to be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
  • Physical ability for hands-on work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance)

  • Completing cashier and closing reports
  • Supplying guests with directions and property information
  • Accommodating guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary
  • Following up to ensure requests have been met
