Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure workplace safety
follow company policies
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Nice to have:

No related work experience
no supervisory experience
