Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Expert at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, you'll deliver exceptional service by guiding guests through their entire stay. This includes addressing requests, highlighting local attractions, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment while upholding company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Ensure a safe workplace
Uphold quality standards
Ensure professional personal appearance and communication.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
