Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring a unique and memorable experience while following company policies and maintaining professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform and personal appearance
communicate professionally.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
