Our Guest Experience Experts deliver services that guide guests through their stays, ensuring a memorable and unique experience while upholding professional and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, walk for extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
