Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to deliver a memorable and unique hotel experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, guiding guests during their stay, and providing various customer services. This role values dedication to quality, safety, and professional communication.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share local area highlights
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transport luggage to and from guest rooms
ensure professional appearance and communication
maintain company policies and confidentiality
follow safety standards
lift and move objects under 50 pounds independently or with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
