Job Responsibility

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to create a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards
Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Physical ability to be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps)
Physical ability for hands-on work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)
