Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating a memorable and unique guest experience by fulfilling various guest services tasks, such as assisting with check-in and check-out, guiding guests, and delivering exceptional service. The role involves maintaining professionalism and quality standards while taking a hands-on approach to guest needs.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure safety
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
