Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts ensure a memorable experience for guests by delivering services throughout their stay and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of their work. This includes operational tasks, assisting guests, and promoting the local area highlights. Marriott International values diversity and fosters an inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification.
