Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a memorable and unique stay for guests by managing check-ins, check-outs, and a range of services such as addressing requests, operational processing, and sharing local area information. Working in a professional setting, they ensure quality standards, confidentiality, and seamless workflows while upholding company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure quality standards for guests and business

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication skills
able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets
