Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay. They process operational needs, address guest requests, and assist with luggage while creating memorable experiences. No prior experience or certifications are required. Marriott International values diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Providing smooth check-in and check-out experiences
addressing guest requests
processing operational needs
guiding guests through their stay
assisting with loading/unloading vehicles
transporting luggage
completing reports

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
professional appearance and communication

Nice to have:

Arabic language proficiency
