Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for guiding guests through their stay, addressing their requests, processing operational needs, and creating memorable experiences. They take a hands-on approach to their duties while upholding company standards and policies to ensure quality and professionalism. At Marriott International and JW Marriott, associates are supported through opportunities for career growth and holistic well-being.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services to guests throughout their stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
doing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance).
