They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area.
Job Responsibility:
Establish guest connection via email prior to arrival
Welcome and acknowledge each guest with smile and friendly greeting
Anticipate guests' service needs
Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests
Process check-ins and check-outs
Handle cash transactions and payments
Run daily reports
Greet and escort guests
Provide directions and information about property amenities
Handle luggage storage and retrieval
Answer telephones with proper etiquette
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
