Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, making transactions feel like part of the experience at Xuzhou Marriott Hotel Lakeview.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver smooth check-in and check-out
Build memorable and unique guest experiences
Guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Create safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
