Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Namdaemun is responsible for creating a memorable and unique guest experience, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, as well as delivering exceptional service throughout guests' stays. The role involves processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, sharing highlights of the local area, and ensuring professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
protect company assets
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to maintain confidentiality
professional personal appearance and communication
ability to uphold quality standards
knowledge of company policies and procedures
