Job Description:

Marriott International is offering the role of Guest Experience Expert at Meixi Lake Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel Changsha. Be part of a global team to deliver memorable guest experiences through personalized and anticipatory hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience
deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
maintain professional appearance and uphold company policies
ensure the workplace is safe and quality standards are maintained
perform physical tasks such as moving or lifting objects up to 10 pounds.

Requirements:
