• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports
• share highlights of the local area
• ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
• maintain quality standards, professional appearance, and communications
• perform duties that involve physical work, such as moving and lifting objects up to 10 pounds
