Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area to create memorable and unique guest experiences while upholding company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Ensure a safe workplace
Follow company policies
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Ensure a professional uniform, appearance, and communications
Perform hands-on tasks (e.g., lifting up to 10 pounds, standing for extended periods).

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification)
