Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert role focuses on a range of hospitality services to ensure memorable guest experiences. This includes guiding guests through their stay, addressing needs, processing operations, and delivering outstanding service while maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay
process operational needs and complete reports
address guest requests
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
familiarity with maintaining confidentiality
adherence to quality standards and company policies
