Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts help build memorable guest experiences by delivering a wide range of services throughout the guest's stay. Responsibilities may include check-ins, check-outs, operational tasks, addressing guest requests, and providing local area highlights. Experts are expected to adhere to professionalism, company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety while actively engaging guests and contributing to the guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure guest transactions feel like part of the experience
fulfill other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
