Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay at The Ritz-Carlton Santiago, ensuring the delivery of the brand's Gold Standards and creating exceptional luxury service experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver smooth check-in and check-out
Build memorable and unique guest experiences
Guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
