Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services and create a memorable and unique experience for Marriott guests. They process operational needs, address guest requests, and ensure professional communication while maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Providing guests with a smooth check-in and check-out process
delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
ensuring adherence to company policies and high-quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
