Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area. A successful Guest Experience Expert ensures a safe workplace, maintains professionalism, upholds quality standards, and performs physical tasks as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing the highlights of the local area
Ensuring safe workplace and maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Following company policies and procedures
Performing hands-on activities such as moving or lifting lightweight items

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None for license or certification
