Guest Experience Expert

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs
• Address guest requests
• Complete reports
• Share highlights of the local area
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
• Ensure memorable and unique guest experiences.

• Create a safe workplace
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality
• Protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
• Work on feet and move around (stand, sit, walk for an extended time)
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and up and down stairs and/or service ramps
• Perform physical tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Education (High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent).
