Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts deliver exceptional guest experience through a variety of services including check-in/check-out, guest requests handling, and operational tasks. They are empowered to create memorable experiences for our customers by ensuring smooth transactions and going above and beyond to meet guest needs.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure transactions feel like part of the experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
