Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences through a variety of services, ensuring professional communication and operation excellence while upholding company values and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing information about the local area
creating a safe workplace
maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
proficient in delivering professional communication
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ensure a professional appearance and follow company policies.
