Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around and taking a hands-on approach to work to meet guest and business expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Create a safe workplace
Uphold company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
