Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share the highlights of the local area
Ensure a safe workplace

Uphold quality standards
Maintain uniform and personal appearance professionalism
