Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert will assist in providing a seamless guest experience by delivering a variety of services such as check-in/check-out, local recommendations, and luggage assistance, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
