Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts ensure a memorable stay for guests by providing a high level of service from check-in to check-out, assisting with requests, and maintaining professional standards. Marriott fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
addressing guest requests
processing operational needs
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
following company policies and ensuring quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to create a safe workplace, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards
professional personal appearance and communication.
