Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay at Marriott Executive Apartments, creating memorable and unique experiences for guests living away from home.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
