Job Description:

Brisbane Marriott Hotel is seeking a dynamic individual for a part-time Concierge position to assist guests, handle general enquiries, and support the Front Office team. The role includes valet parking, stocking the Concierge Desk, supporting guest requirements, and ensuring facilities meet standards. Job Responsibility:

Assist with Concierge duties including Valet parking cars, assisting with guest luggage and deliveries
handle general enquiries, engage and inspire guests through each guest experience
be fully conversant at all times with activities and facilities within the hotel, as well as all aspects of Brisbane (tourist attractions, restaurants, theatre, shopping, etc.)
ensure the foyer areas, driveways and Porte cochere are spotless
ensure the Concierge Desk is adequately stocked with stationery and requirements
valet park cars taking utmost care per departmental procedure
build and strengthen relationships with customers, anticipate needs and enable future bookings
support Front Office team with general operational tasks
respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning)
assist Front Office and Executive Lounge teams in general operational tasks
ensure guest requests are anticipated and handled in a timely manner
uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements:

A current driver’s license
relevant experience in a similar role
working rights in Australia
