Job Description:

Be the heart of unforgettable guest experiences at sea as you navigate everything from intimate celebrations to critical incidents with poise and precision in this dynamic shipboard role

Job Responsibility:

Crisis Management & Guest Welfare: Work with Medical and Security Teams as the primary contact during emergencies, assisting guests and potentially accompanying them to shore hospitals when needed
Event Planning & Hosting: Coordinate and host various onboard events including vow renewals, tours, seasonal celebrations, and solo traveller gatherings, collaborating with Senior Officers to create memorable experiences
Guest Accessibility & Support: Provide expert guidance on ship navigation and port accessibility, ensuring all guests feel supported regardless of their needs or circumstances
Onboard Celebration Packages: Manage pre-booked celebration packages, drive revenue through thoughtful service and upselling, while being accountable for sales performance
Embarkation, Disembarkation & Safety: Support guest movements during port operations while upholding safety procedures, participating in mandatory crew safety drills and training

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, cruise operations, or overseas representation
Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a confident, positive, and professional manner
Strong administrative and IT capabilities with excellent organisational skills
Able to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially during time-sensitive situations
Flexible and responsive to evolving guest and company needs
Ability to thrive in a diverse team environment with crew of different nationalities
Outstanding communication and conflict resolution abilities with a guest-first mindset
