The Guest Experience Attendant plays an essential role in creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable environment for our guests and team. This position helps ensure our resort reflects the pride we take in our waterfront community—where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and at home. At Wye Heritage, cleanliness isn’t just about appearance—it’s about how people feel when they arrive. This role helps set the tone for every guest experience, from the moment they step onto the property to the moment they leave.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness of washrooms throughout the day
  • Clean and care for office spaces, staff areas, and common facilities
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas are tidy, stocked, and inviting
  • Monitor supplies and restock as needed
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Support overall property cleanliness to uphold resort standards
  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Take pride in creating a positive first impression for all visitors
  • Act as a quiet ambassador of the resort, ensuring every space reflects care and attention
