Reporting into the Director of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. You will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence
Be responsible for greeting guests, identifying their needs and creating memorable and efficient guest interactions
Support in maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service is delivered
Engage with hotel guests to enhance the service experience through the introduction of all hotel services and facilities
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolves customer complaints
assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, inhouse events, directions, etc
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone
Organize itineraries for guest prior arrival, when they are in house and support them post departure
Requirements:
At least high school diploma
Previous experience in a guest facing role within luxury front office operations, VIP services, concierge, or equivalent
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
A natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional attentive for detail
You must have fluency in English and Italian
Nice to have:
A third European language would represent an advantage
