As Guest Experience Agent, you will be at the heart of creating seamless and personalized experiences for our guests. You will maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, and room details, while assisting with hotel and room orientation in line with Four Seasons and Leading Quality Assurance standards. You will perform Front Office duties across shifts, handle guest queries, and promote hotel products and services with confidence and warmth. Beyond operational excellence, you will engage with guests through various communication channels, in person, by phone, email, ensuring every interaction reflects our philosophy of intuitive service. You will take a proactive role in driving guest-centric initiatives, including the recognition of VIP guests and the thoughtful placement of special occasion amenities. You will review daily arrivals, assist with courtesy calls, prepare welcome letters, and conduct detailed inspections of VIP rooms to confirm that all arrangements meet our exacting standards. Personally greeting VIP guests, performing in-room check-ins and check-outs, and offering a gracious farewell upon departure will be key elements of your role.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure guests have a memorable stay at the Hotel
Provide genuine hospitality and recognition, acts as host/ hostess
Support the Front Office Management Team in the pre-arrival and departure phase ensuring a high level of service
Ensure readiness for a perfect arrival experience, completing room inspections and orientations
Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, and room details
Assist with hotel and room orientation
Perform Front Office duties across shifts
Handle guest queries
Promote hotel products and services
Engage with guests through various communication channels, in person, by phone, email

Requirements:
One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
EU work authorization
Nice to have:
