Join our pre-opening Guest Experience team as Guest Experience Agent at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating personalized guest experiences, contributing to both pre-opening preparations and day-to-day operations once open.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with pre-opening tasks including guest experience procedures setup, training, and systems preparation
Welcome guests warmly and assist throughout their stay, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail
Manage VIP, repeat, and special guest preferences to deliver tailored experiences
Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements, in-stay services and post-departure emails, collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams
Handle guest feedback and service recovery, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
Support the management of guest profiles and recognition programs to enhance personalized service delivery
Serve as a point of contact for guests, providing assistance with reservations, itineraries, and recommendations
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the Four Seasons commitment to luxury service and hospitality excellence
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations or front office roles within luxury hospitality, preferably with pre-opening exposure
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for personalized guest service
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage guest preferences efficiently
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred) and guest profile management
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
