Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. with high level of professionalism and passion.

Job Responsibility

  • The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees
  • The ability to welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures
  • The ability to interact with the guest and manage the guest preferences to enhance the Guest Experience in general
  • The ability to communicate with other department any concerns for guest, and ensure a seamless stay all over the hotel and Beach suites
  • The ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates
  • The ability to perform all duties of the Reception, concierge, PBX and retail shop sales agents when needed
  • The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff
  • The ability to assist in escorting VIPs and return guests to their rooms as requested
  • The ability to work closely with the Reception, Concierge and Guest Services staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest arrival and follow up on guest requests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
  • Being able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct VIP room inspections and ensure amenities, details, and special touches are perfectly prepared
