Job Responsibility:
Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, and room details
Assist with hotel and room orientation in line with Four Seasons and Leading Quality Assurance standards
Perform Front Office duties across shifts
Handle guest queries
Promote hotel products and services with confidence and warmth
Engage with guests through various communication channels, in person, by phone, email, and via Four Seasons Chat
Take a proactive role in driving guest-centric initiatives, including the recognition of VIP guests and the thoughtful placement of special occasion amenities
Review daily arrivals
Assist with courtesy calls
Prepare welcome letters
Conduct detailed inspections of VIP rooms
Personally greet VIP guests
Perform in-room check-ins and check-outs
Offer a gracious farewell upon departure
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Fluency in English
proficiency in Greek is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Front Office systems and processes
