Job Description:

The Guest Experience Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure guests have a memorable stay at the Hotel
  • Provide genuine hospitality and recognition, acts as host/ hostess
  • Support the Front Office Management Team in the pre-arrival and departure phase ensuring a high level of service
  • Ensure readiness for a perfect arrival experience, completing room inspections and orientations

Requirements:

  • One + years experience as Front Office Agent within a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
  • Guest-centric approach and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
  • Sound problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems (Opera PMS)
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language

Nice to have:

A third language is a plus
