The Guest Experience Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure guests have a memorable stay at the Hotel
Provide genuine hospitality and recognition, acts as host/ hostess
Support the Front Office Management Team in the pre-arrival and departure phase ensuring a high level of service
Ensure readiness for a perfect arrival experience, completing room inspections and orientations
Requirements:
One + years experience as Front Office Agent within a luxury hotel or similar environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest-centric approach and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
Sound problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems (Opera PMS)
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
Nice to have:
A third language is a plus
