You will be collaborating with the Guest Experience Manager to create outstanding and unique guest experiences. The Guest Service department carries a responsibility to ensure a memorable first and last impression of the Hotel is of the highest quality.
Job Responsibility:
Will be stationed within the main lobby of the hotel to ensure guests have a first and lasting impression along with a smooth arrival and departure experience
Acting as a Lobby Ambassador, you are to ensure the guests needs and requests are met, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
Work efficiently to ensure all departments are maintaining and delivering a seamless yet professional guest experience in conjunction with the Front Desk and Guest Services teams
Collaborate with the Guest Experience Team to create outstanding and personalized experiences that will leave lasting memories for our guests and visitors
Requirements:
The ability to think outside the box to enhance our guests experience and resolve any challenges as they arise
The ability to keep calm under pressure, while at times, handling multiple tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must - including good general knowledge of local areas and events
Presented professionally at all times
