At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World's 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Agent for Season 2026 to join our Guest Experience team. This role is essential in creating personalized and memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, thoughtful, and tailored to individual preferences. You will act as a key point of contact for VIP, special attention, and extended-stay guests, delivering exceptional hospitality before, during, and after their stay.
Job Responsibility
Communicate with VIP guests prior to arrival through email and FS Chat to collect preferences and assist with any requests
Prepare for guest arrivals, conduct greetings, room escorts, and in-room orientations
Perform daily VIP room inspections to ensure amenities, welcome cards, and special touches are perfectly arranged
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in Golden and document all relevant information in OPERA using traces
Personally welcome and assist VIP, special attention, and extended-stay guests throughout their stay
Engage with guests around the property to collect feedback and ensure exceptional comfort and satisfaction
Handle guest requests, opportunities, and complaints with professionalism, efficiency, and personalized care
Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and follow up on feedback
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, outlets, events, and local recommendations
Conduct courtesy calls and personalized farewells for departing guests
Support operational departments during busy periods as required
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest luxury hospitality standards and Four Seasons culture
Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Applicants must have a European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
Fluency in English is essential
Greek is an advantage
Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or luxury hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced luxury environment
Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences
